Determines whether the GtkCList should use icons when doing drag-and-drop operations.

In every case the cursor is changed when moving a selected row. The difference is, that a standard cursor is used when the value is set to false, and an icon if it is true. The icon looks nicer, but causes ugly effects sometimes (UI not fully redrawn).
